In-person attendees can look forward to attending all plenary sessions, as well as their choice of one concurrent educational breakout session per timeslot. In addition, in-person attendees will be able to connect with industry experts in our exhibit hall, view our poster presentations, access our on-demand sessions, attend platform presentations, sponsored sessions and pre-conference symposia*.

Virtual Access Pass

NSGC is pleased to offer a virtual access pass this year. Our virtual access pass includes access to, High-Demand, On-Demand sessions, live streamed plenary sessions (14 total), and one live streamed session per educational breakout session timeslot (4 total), determined by the Annual Conference Program Committee.

NSGC 43rd Annual Conference Sponsored Symposia

NSGC is pleased to welcome a variety of organizations and their representatives to present on relevant topics at the 43rd Annual Conference. Below is a schedule of the sponsored breakfast and lunch symposia available to in-person attendees throughout the conference.

NSGC Annual Conference Code of Conduct

By registering for the NSGC 43rd Annual Conference you have agreed to the cancellation policies below and the NSGC Annual Conference Code of Conduct. Please take a moment to review it before attending the conference. 

In-Person Cancellation Policy

To request a refund, you must contact the NSGC Registration Team, at registration@nsgc.org, with documentation of your reason for cancellation. All requests must be made by Friday, August 16, 2024. Cancellations will not be accepted after that date. NSGC is not responsible for any airfare, hotel, or other costs incurred by registrants. Speakers are subject to change without notice. Your registration may be transferred to a member of your organization up to 7 days before the event when requested in writing to registration@nsgc.org.

•  All cancellation requests will be reviewed by NSGC, and if approved, will be processed within 2-3 weeks. Refunds that are approved will be subject to a $75 cancellation fee.
•  If you wish to transfer to a virtual conference registration, you must contact the NSGC Registration Team, at registration@nsgc.org. All requests must be made by September 13, 2024. Transfers to virtual will not be accepted after that date.

Beware of Unofficial Suppliers

For the security of your company, please make your arrangements for the NSGC 43rd Annual Conference directly through information provided to you via email from NSGC representatives. If there is ever a question about a communication received, please check with NSGC's registration team to confirm the provider is a preferred supplier before taking action. NSGC is not responsible for services booked through means other than our official vendors nor can we guarantee the authenticity of those offers.
